At Magnum Opus Consulting, we specialize in using System Dynamics modeling to inform our client’s strategic policy assessments. 

Our mission is to assist clients in making better policy decisions by assessing in-force policies, testing existing policy plans, and designing new policy propositions with the help of models.

We combine model-based analysis with interactive workshop design to create a learning space for our clients to better understand the systems in which their policies are implemented. 

We coach our client teams to think in systems, consider dynamic tradeoffs between different interventions, practice empirical inquiry into their work processes, and engage in dialogue using models as boundary objects.
