We structure problem-relevant data into quantitative models to numerically capture the complexity of the problem at hand. We perform rigorous tests and utilize sophisticated analytical tools to help our clients make data-driven decisions.

We quantify the causal relationships scoped in the Causal Loop diagram into a Stock and Flow Diagram that is simulatable. It is key to simulate the model in order to test hypotheses about the system’s behaviour (The Structure – Berhaviour interplay which is one of the powerful features of System Dynamics). ​

A quantitative model may be producing correct results for the wrong reasons, thus we emphasize model analysis to stress-test our assumptions against a wide range of potential scenarios and extreme conditions. We also utilize tools such as sensitivity analysis to identify leverage points for policy design and policy robustness testing.
