We provide a Train-the-Trainer service to enable our clients to maintain and disseminate the insights gained from our modelling projects and act as complexity champions in their organizations.

Systems Thinking is a broad concept encompassing qualitative modeling, quantitative modeling, as well as a general intuition of dynamic complexity.

For example, the decision maker considering the goals and grievances of a wide range of stakeholders in the past, present, and future is doing Systems Thinking. Another decision maker considering accumulations over time, transcending the instantaneous cause-effect mentality common in today’s business practices, is in fact doing Systems Thinking.
